Upon Arrival

Denver Airport (DEN) Arrival

All guests will take the train from their arrival gate to the main terminal where baggage claim is located. After getting off the train, everyone will go up the escalator to the central terminal greeting area. Look for our staff at the top of the escalator wearing black RMC shirts and holding group signage. They will guide you to your assigned baggage claim.

Once you have collected your luggage, our team will escort you outside to meet your driver so you can begin your trip to the hotel. The drive from Denver International Airport to The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch is approximately 2.5 hours, so please plan ahead for restroom breaks before leaving the airport. Snacks and beverages will be available in each vehicle.

If you reach baggage claim before connecting with RMC staff, please return to the central greeting area.

Eagle Airport (EGE) Arrival

Guests arriving at Eagle Airport should follow the signs from their arrival gate and exit through security. Once through security, they will see our staff wearing black RMC shirts holding group signage. They will guide guests to their assigned baggage claim.

After collecting luggage, guests should meet our staff by the large televisions at the end of the baggage claim area. Our staff will then escort everyone outside to meet their driver and begin the trip to the hotel. The drive from Eagle Airport to The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch is approximately 35 minutes. Snacks and beverages will be available in each vehicle.

Local Teams – Transportation Provided

We will send individual emails to each local group (Colorado Springs, Aspen, and Denver) with specific pickup times and transportation details.
Please be ready to go at your scheduled pickup time. Vehicles are operating on a set timeline.
Snacks and Non-Alcoholic Beverages will be provided on the vehicles.

Employees Driving Themselves

Hotel: The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch

Upon arrival at the main entrance, please valet your vehicle. As you approach the hotel, you will first come to the security gate at the bottom of the hill. Let the guard know you are attending RMC’s company meeting, and they will allow you to proceed up to the hotel. If you have received approval for a parking pass, your name has already been shared with the hotel and valet team. The valet staff will assist with unloading your luggage and parking your vehicle.
As a reminder, the General Session begins promptly at 3:00 PM, so please plan your travel time accordingly.
